As we continue to grow as a church we are looking to expand our staff team with the recruitment of two key positions:
For each respective role…
Hours: 15 hours
Salary: £12,000-13,200 pro rata (£30,000-33,000 FT)

OPERATIONS CO-ORDINATOR
We are looking for someone to become our new Operations Co-Ordinator, providing leadership to our operations and co-ordinating our resources to enable our mission as a church. This is a vital position in developing our strategies and systems to keep pace with the vibrant life of our growing church. Joining the team they will be sharing in the leadership of the church where vision is implemented into action. This person will be an organised, enthusiastic individual with the ability to bring order from chaos.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH CO-ORDINATOR
We are also looking for someone to fill the brand-new post of Community Outreach Co-Ordinator. As our community engagement has grown and developed over the last couple of years, we need someone to add much needed capacity to the overseeing and running of our community outreach activities. Are you a compassionate individual who can lead caring, inclusive and justice focused projects? Have you the experience and skills to inspire and co-ordinate volunteers? Maybe you could be the individual to develop our church’s engagement with the needs of our local community.
